Kendra was the first to stop by the hospital to say hello to the little man. She was pretty mad that we hadn't called her when we were in labor like we had promised. Our plan was to call her once we had arrived at the hospital, but by then things were crazy and we managed to call absolutely no one! Oops.

A few minutes after he is born, Des opens his eyes and takes a look around.
A few hours old, he is weighed and measured. 7 lbs, 19 3/4 inches long.
